Every bottle of Açaí + Protein is a bioactive ritual protected by aseptic glass. To ensure the integrity of our eco-luxury packaging, we utilize specialized, high-impact resistant shipping materials. Our fulfillment team in Pembroke Pines, FL, inspects every seal before the product leaves our facility.
2. 🚚 Shipping Zones & Carriers
Domestic US: We ship to all 50 states via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Priority is given to the fastest available carrier for your specific zone. International: Currently, we only fulfill orders within the United States. For international inquiries regarding large-scale distribution, please contact our export division at sales@elageacai.com.
3. ⏱️ Processing & Handling Times
Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days. The Potency Club Subscriptions: Subscription orders are prioritized and shipped according to your recurring billing cycle to ensure zero gaps in your ritual. Holidays: Please expect minor delays during federal holidays as carriers may experience high volume.
4. 📍 Tracking & "Risk of Loss"
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Ownership Transfer: Legal title and the risk of loss or damage pass to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
5. 🌡️ Climate Stability Notice
Our Açaí + Protein is shelf-stable at room temperature until opened. However, we recommend retrieving your delivery promptly during extreme summer heatwaves to maintain the highest bioactive density and freshness.
6. ⚠️ Damaged Glass Protocol
